The arrival of RoboCop marks the fourth crossover character with the hit fighting game and other franchises, with the Kombat Pack that came out last year featuring the inclusions of DC Comics’ The Joker, Image Comics’ Spawn and the titular protagonist of Terminator: Dark Fate, modeled after star Arnold Schwarzenegger while voiced by Chris Cox. RoboCop is being modeled on original actor Peter Weller’s appearance in the first two films and will also be voiced by Weller.

“Our fans have really enjoyed the story campaign in Mortal Kombat, and we’re happy to continue the narrative and add new characters to the roster with Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath,” Ed Boon, Creative Director, NetherRealm Studios, said in a statement.
