Day Shift centers around the story of a hard-working blue-collar dad who just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted 8-year old daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an international union of vampire hunters.
The film will be led by Jamie Foxx (Project Power), which will be the actor’s latest third project in the works as he is starring in the recently released sitcom Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! and the upcoming John Boyega-led sci-fi pic They Cloned Tyrone. He also is joined by Dave Franco (The Disaster Artist), Steve Howey (Shameless), C.S. Lee (Dexter), Natasha Liu Bordizzo (The Society) and Oliver Masucci (Dark).
