The Joy Luck Club Sequel in Development with Original Cast in Talks to Return

According to Deadline, Hyde Park Entertainment Group is currently in the process of developing the sequel to 1993’s groundbreaking drama film The Joy Luck Club. Almost three decades later, the original leading cast, including Ming-Na Wen, is in negotiations to reprise their roles in the sequel.
