Jazz for Two episode 8 recap & spoilers: Jinkwon breaks up with Ji Ho-Geun

In the Korean BL drama Jazz for Two episode 8, Seheon (Newkidd’s Jinkwon) skips school after learning of the painful connection between Sejin and Tae-Joon. In a flashback, the two were classmates and best friends who fell in love with each other. But Sejin chose his future over love, leaving Tae-Joon heartbroken. The two had created a song together; however, Sejin never got the chance to give it to him as the latter passed away soon after.

Coming back to the present, Seheon feels guilty on behalf of his brother. Hence, he tries to distance himself from Tae-Yi (Ji Ho-Geun). The latter gets worried and reaches Seheon’s house to check on him. When Seheon arrives, he sees Tae-Yi and Sejin having a conversation. Agitated, he asks Tae-Yi why he has come to his house and takes him outside to talk. Seheon tells him that he will go back to be tutored at home, leaving Tae-Yi confused. Seheon says, “I can’t do this with you. I can’t stand anymore.”

Tae-Yi asks him to look at him, but Seheon avoids eye contact. When Tae-Yi pesters him to give him a reason for their breakup, Seheon yells, “I just don’t like you!” And they part ways. Sejin figures out why Seheon has acted a certain way. He later meets Tae-Yi and explains everything related to Tae-Joon and Seheon.

Jazz for Two ending: Did Jinkwon & Ji Ho-Geun end up together?

After his conversation with Sejin, Tae-Yi runs to find Seheon, and his thoughts are narrated in the background. It appears that in his conversation with his late brother, Tae-Joon, Tae-Yi says, “I have someone important now. He must be crying alone, blaming himself. I want to give him a hug. I want to be happy together.” With this, he lets go of the pain that he felt after his brother’s death.

Tae-Yi finds Seheon sitting on a staircase, crying. The former mentions that he knows everything and hugs Seheon tightly. Tae-Yi says, “Just stay with me. Never leave me alone again.” Hence, the main couple finds their happy ending.

Jazz for Two finale further shows Seheon, Tae-Yi, and Do-Yoon (Omega X’s Hangyeom) are struggling to find a band member a few days before the main event. Do-Yoon brings his boyfriend, Joo-Ha (Kim Jun-Ha), into the group. Given his history with the lead couple, it takes time to get rid of the initial awkwardness. In the competition, they perform wonderfully and win the first place.

In Jazz for Two ending, the final scene takes viewers to the future, where the characters are grown-ups with jobs. The K-drama ends with Tae-Yi and Seheon reminiscing about the day they first met and bid farewell to the series with a kiss.

Overall, Jazz for Two ended on a happy note for all the characters.
