JTBC recently shared the Frankly Speaking episode 7 trailer, featuring Go Kyung-Pyo and Kang Han-Na in lead roles. The romance comedy K-drama revolves around a TV announcer who cannot control his tongue.
In the previous episode, Song Ki-Baek (Go Kyung-Pyo) and On Woo-Joo (Kang Han-Na) shared a few sweet moments. Although he didn’t confess his feelings, they understood they were interested in each other. However, things might get complicated due to Ki-Baek’s first love, Choi-Hui (Han Dong-Hee), and Woo-Joo’s ex, Kim Jung-Heon (Joo Jong-Hyuk).
The trailer for upcoming episode 7 features Woo-Joo as one of the participants after one contestant leaves the show. Jung-Heon and Ki-Baek will be entangled in a love war for Woo-Joo.

The Frankly Speaking episode 7 trailer begins with Woo-Joo behaving awkwardly in front of the camera. Soon, she blends in with Ki-Baek’s help as the two partner up for a task, leaving Jung-Heon jealous.
Meanwhile, Choi-Hui pursues Ki-Baek, which may leave Woo-Joo uncomfortable. During dinner time, one of the participants asked Woo-Joo and Jung-Heon why they broke up in the past. Furthermore, the scene features Ki-Baek leaning towards Choi-Hui.
The trailer also focuses on Jung-Heon expressing his feelings to Woo-Joo. He apologizes to her for his past mistakes. Meanwhile, Ki-Baek tells someone, “I know I may have disappointed you. I am sorry.” The context of the dialogue is unknown.
The video ends with all the participants standing near a beach when the producer asks them to choose their partner. Who will Woo-Joo choose — Ki-Baek or Jung-Heon? Only time will tell.
Frankly Speaking, episode 7 will air on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 8.50 p.m. KST on JTBC. It also streams on Netflix.
