The excitement surrounding Kalki 2898 AD has reached new heights as the makers have finally introduced Bujji, a beloved AI companion of Bhairava (played by Prabhas). Fans have eagerly anticipated this revelation since the release of the first glimpse. In episode 4 of Skratch, Bujji is depicted as a futuristic car that aids Bhairava in his war against Kali. The car, controlled by a human brain-like mechanism, can also fly, adding to its futuristic appeal.
Kalki 2898 AD has been produced on a substantial budget of $72 million. However, makers have invested heavily in creating Bujji, reportedly spending around $840,000 on its manufacturing. This significant investment has only heightened fan expectations for the film. Moreover, Keerthy Suresh has lent her voice to Bujji, further enhancing its character.

Makers arranged an event at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad on Wednesday, May 22, which was a massive success. Thousands of fans gathered at the event to glimpse Bujji alongside Prabhas. The entry of the Rebel Star alongside the futuristic car marked the event’s highlight. Following the revelation of Bujji, the makers unveiled a new trailer featuring Bujji and Prabhas, further heightening excitement among the audience.
Despite earlier speculations suggesting the introduction of a fifth hero for Kalki 2898 AD, no new character was revealed apart from Bujji. Before concluding the live stream, Prabhas thanked the entire team and the audience for participating in the event.
Apart from Prabhas, the film also features Deepika Padukone, Anna Ben, Disha Patani, Gaurav Chopra, and Pasupathy. Reportedly, Nani, Vijay Devarakonda, and Dulquer Salmaan will make special appearances in the film.
