Failure Frame episode 3 recap
The episode starts with Mimori’s classmates training to master their new abilities. Due to their differences in powers, new factions start forming among them. Meanwhile, Sugou awakens after being knocked out by the goddess. She meets Visces and complains about her viscous disposal method.
However, she promises to fulfill her duty as an S-class hero. In exchange, the goddess must not dispose of any more of her classmates. Visces agrees to the terms and apologizes for knocking her out. The episode then shows the princess knight on the run from the Holy Watchers. Meanwhile, Mimori reads through the forbidden book and picks up a slime as a travel companion.
He runs into the Holy Watchers, who try to kill him, but he quickly defeats them. Mimori then meets Seras and asks questions about his current location and an ancient scroll. She tells him about the Witch of Taboos, who would be able to decipher the scroll. The episode ends with Mimori thanking her and continuing on his journey.
