What injury did Jazz Chisholm Jr. suffer from?

Jazz Chisholm Jr. suffered an injury to his elbow while sliding towards home plate in the game against the Chicago White Sox.

Chisholm Jr. of the Yankees will have to undergo an MRI after his elbow injury during a game on Monday. In this game against the White Sox, Jazz hurt his elbow when he slid onto home plate while scoring from second base. This incident took place on Anthony Volpe’s infield single in the fifth inning.

The MLB television replays showed him rotating his left arm after he sustained the injury. He, however, continued to play defense at third base but soon exited the game for Ben Rice.
