Twin Hector has sued Blac Chyna, accusing her of physically abusing him while they resided together in Los Angeles. In documents acquired by TMZ, Twin claimed that one night in September 2021, Chyna attacked him. She allegedly attacked him while he was sleeping and hit him on his face with her knees, elbows, and closed fists, resulting in multiple serious injuries. TMZ reports that Twin’s eyes can be seen swollen shut in a photo shared with the documents. Twin also claimed that the TV personality brought in her personal physician to tend to his injuries. Allegedly, when this person arrived, his blood was still on her hands.
The documents imply that this was not a remote incident. They claimed that Chyna physically abused Twin regularly, especially after she drank alcohol or took drugs. According to Twin, the reality star sometimes used household objects such as furniture, wires, and cell phones to attack him.
“It is a shocking experience for any man to go through. Being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled (falsely) the de facto aggressor,” Kirk Edward Schenck, Twin’s lawyer, stated to TMZ. “Every day in America, men suffer what are often brutal injuries, but many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights.”
Schenck continued, “Our client is willing to stand up and seek protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act — which applies to all genders. He hopes other non-female victims of domestic violent crime will feel free to do the same.”
TMZ reports that the outlet contacted Blac Chyna’s representatives for comment but didn’t receive a response.
