Guillermo del Toro has locked another producing project in the form of Midnight Delivery, a script from British television writer Neil Cross (“MI:5” and “Luther”), reports Pajiba.
Set up at Universal will del Toro producing alongside Gary Ungar (Gothika), Midnight Delivery is said to deal with a father who is forced to become a drug mule in order to save his son’s life.
Midnight Delivery will join del Toro’s ever-increasing slate which includes producing roles on the upcoming Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark and The Haunted Mansion, among others.
