As part of the Netflix Geeked Week, we got the first look of the Godzilla: Singular Point English dub coming to Netflix later this month.
The clip, which you can see below, shows what this particular version of Jet Jaguar, a mech built by members of the Otaki Factory, looks like. It cuts to one of the anime’s main protagonists, Yun Arikawa, as he works on the mech and a couple of kids bust his chops about how “bad” its name is. The kids then see something in the sky, which turns out to be one of of the most well-known kaiju, Rodan. The flying monster then begins making a mess of the town. It seems to uniquely blend both classic and 3D animation.
