Ready for the next arc of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations? Well, you won’t have to wait long as the Kawaki Arc: Otsutsuki Awakening will begin in July.
The new arc was announced on the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations official website. To celebrate the upcoming next phase of the Kawaki arc, a new visual was also revealed. As you can see below, it features the main characters Naruto, Boruto, Kawaki, and Sasuke in action.

It was also revealed that CHiCO with HoneyWorks will be performing the opening theme song for the Kawaki Arc: Otsutsuki Awakening. PELICAN FANCLUB will be responsible for closing the show with its ending theme. The new arc will start with episode 206.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations began as a manga series written by Ukyo Kodachi and Masashi Kishimoto, and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from May 2016 to June 2019. It then made the jump to V Jump in July 2019. The idea essentially spawned from Boruto: Naruto the Movie, which released in 2015. It is still ongoing.
The anime television adaptation of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations premiered in Japan in April 2017. It is currently simulcasted on Hulu, and streaming on CrunchyRoll.

As previously mentioned, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is part of the incredibly popular Naruto franchise. The Japanese anime and manga series has produced several films, as well as been featured in video games. This includes the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm game series, and Jump Force.
