Oblivion Battery Episode 10 recap
The episode starts with the team arriving at Hikawa High School for their match against them. Kei tells them Hikawa will use their bench players rather than their starters but warns everyone not to underestimate them. Makita arrives and welcomes them to the school. He is shocked to see Kei and Kiyomine there and advises them to transfer out. He then notices his old teammate Chihaya and teases him about his height, shocked that he is still playing.
The match starts with Hikawa dominating, as their pitcher’s curved balls overwhelm Kotesahi. However, Kei and Chihaya were able to see through this and make quick solutions. Kiyomine and Kei express why they were feared as the diabolical battery with some quick plays that overwhelmed Hikawa.
However, things turn for the worse as Kei loses his memory mid-match. Makita arrived to serve and showcase his powerful pitches, which proved difficult for Kiyomine. The episode ends with Makita telling Chihaya that one’s physical prowess matters most in baseball.
