The Beginning After the End chapter 182 recap
The chapter begins with Grey leaving the headmistress’ office to meet Nico. On the way, several kids stop to play tag with him, but he evades them flawlessly, winning the game. He arrives to see Nico knitting and asks what it’s about. Nico tests his new glove out on him, which shocks him.
Nico tells him the gloves are a way to protect himself since his reflexes aren’t as sharp as Grey’s. However, their conversation is interrupted by the orphanage suddenly quaking, which Nico claims to be Cecilia. Nico can’t hide his concern for her, and Grey asks him if he likes her, which leaves him flustered.
They head towards her location and see the staff afraid to enter and help her. Grey grabs Nico’s glove and runs into the room. He manages to make it to her and electrocutes her, knocking both of them out. The chapter returns to the present with Bairon barging into Arthur’s room to wake him for the ceremony.
