The highly anticipated romance anime is based on Cocoa Fujiwara’s hit manga of the same name. It follows the story of Mira, a cunning evil lieutenant serving the evil empire, and Mimori, a magical girl sworn to protect the world from evil. Despite meeting on different sides of the battlefield, they fall in love at first sight.
The anime features an all-star cast that includes Mai Nakahara as Byakuya Mimori, Yūki Ono as Mira, and Ayako Kawasumi as Bellatrix. Hikaru Midorikawa as the Bird Familiar, Hiro Shimono as Alcyone, Kenichi Suzumura as Fomalhaut and Mariya Ise as Hibana Kagari. The opening theme, “Mikansei Rendezvous,” will be performed by Lezel, while the ending, “Itsumo Futari ga Ii ne,” will be performed by Yūki Ono and Mai Nakahara.
