Cloverfield Destroys DVD Charts

Paramount Home Entertainment’s Cloverfield topped both the national DVD sales and rental charts its first week in stores, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The film, which topped out just north of $80 million in U.S. theaters, coasted to an easy victory on the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart, bumping the previous week’s top seller, Fox’s Juno, to No. 2.
