Back 4 Blood Open Beta Will Begin in Early August

During the Summer Game Fest Kickoff stream, Geoff Keighley revealed the upcoming cooperative shooter Back 4 Blood will have an open beta beginning on August 5 if you preorder the game.

As revealed in the backend of the new trailer, those who preorder Back 4 Blood will get early access to the open beta on August 5. However, if you’re not in a hurry to take our hordes of infected, it will become available to everyone on August 12.

A new trailer Back 4 Blood was also revealed, which featured some new action-packed sequences of the Left 4 Dead successor. While most of the characters and zombie types shown have already been revealed, it also gave us a glimpse of a big, bad new boss. Certainly, we’ll get more information on this new enemy during its PvP Showcase this Sunday, on June 13 at 2:00 PM PT.
