Distilled by Glenfarclas Distillery at the Speyside distillery in Ballindalloch, Scotland, this single malt scotch whisky commemorates the 25th anniversary of the beloved survival horror franchise. Just like the Resident Evil franchise, the whisky has aged for 25 years. It is also distilled at “cask strength” which typically means the whisky isn’t diluted before bottling.
The Biohazard 25th Anniversary bottle by Glenfarclas Distillery is housed in a special wooden box. It is stamped with the logo and the 25th-anniversary crest. You can check out a picture of it below.
The Resident Evil scotch whisky will be available at select stores in Japan on July 21. Unfortunately, it does not seem like it will be available in other regions.
This isn’t the first time a whisky distillery has collaborated with a popular piece of media. Johnnie Walker had limited runs of its scotch with Game of Thrones and Blade Runner 2049 branding among other collaborations.

While you may not be able to celebrate Resident Evil‘s 25th anniversary with a bottle of scotch, there are other ways to do so. You could play the recently released Resident Evil Village, which will be getting DLC. Additionally, you could check out the first season of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, an animated series on Netflix coming in just a few days.
