The Xbox Game Pass Core full game list has been revealed ahead of the launch of the new service tomorrow, September 14. The list will include more than 30 games currently available through Xbox Game Pass, and it will be updated several times a year.

There will be 36 games launching with Xbox Game Pass Core tomorrow. The list includes the full range of AAA to indie games, both from Xbox first-party studios and third-party studios partnered with Xbox. Whereas the Game Pass Ultimate list of games will continue to be updated throughout every month, the Game Pass Core list will only be updated 2-3 times per year. It’s a fair assumption that more recent first-party games will eventually become available as older versions are removed. Third-party games will be subject to their individual agreements.
As well as the above list of games, Xbox Game Pass Core will offer access to online multiplayer and additional discounts previously known as Deals With Gold. There will also continue to be the Free Play Days weekends. Those who are already subscribed to Xbox Live Gold will be automatically transferred to a Game Pass Core membership.
