Runaway Bride is a romantic comedy film, which follows the story of a reporter, Ike Graham, who gets a pitch to write a story about a woman, Maggie Carpenter. The latter is known to leave her groom at the last minute, which leads to the reporter writing an offensive piece about the same without completely researching the subject matter.
