Popular singer Adele has recently disclosed details about an ear infection that has led to her becoming a bit deaf in one ear. The “Someone Like You” hitmaker recently wowed her audiences with her magical voice at a concert in her Las Vegas residency. Thus, the revelation about this ear infection, which Adele made at this concert, has made her fans concerned.

Adele recently stunned the crowd present at her concert in her Las Vegas residency on October 25. During the same, she also revealed that she is a little deaf in one ear. The details were shared during one segment, where she was present on stage and interacted with the audience.

In the clip a user posted on X (formerly Twitter), Adele decided to spill more details about the rare condition. She stated, “I actually have an ear infection, which is pretty grim. I’ve never had an ear infection before.” While comparing the pain to childbirth, the singer indicated that the infection has affected her left ear.

“It’s the most painful thing that’s ever, ever happened to me in my life, it was worse than childbirth,” Adele added. She further revealed that the infection was caused due to a “rare water bacteria”. The “Rolling in the Deep” singer stated, “I was on the wrong antibiotics for a few days, and they managed to give me one that started to work, which is great. I’m a bit deaf. A bit deaf in my left ear.”

According to Fox News, Adele revealed that despite still facing difficulties she didn’t want to postpone her concert. The performance at her Las Vegas residency was originally set to take place in March. However, Adele had to change the dates as she announced she was taking a break.
