Liam Payne Death Investigation: Two More Hotel Workers Reportedly Charged

The ongoing investigation regarding Liam Payne’s untimely death has taken yet another turn after the authorities named two more suspects in the case. The One Direction alum tragically passed away on October 16, 2024, after falling from a hotel’s third-floor balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Following his demise, multiple suspicious angles have come forward in the resulting inquiry. In the latest update, the concerned judge is reportedly considering levying charges on two employees of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.

Here are all the available details regarding the progression of the investigation surrounding Liam Payne’s death.

The receptionist and the manager of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires could face charges in the shocking case of Payne’s demise.

As reported by TMZ, this development came to light following the filing of new legal documents on Monday. The said paperwork also mentioned that the judge would be summoning suspects for questioning in court on December 19. “Since there is sufficient reason to suspect that they have participated in the investigated act, we ask that the following people give a statement,” the document read.

The investigation states that the receptionist dialed 911 on two separate occasions on the day of Liam Payne’s death. In his first call, the CasaSur Hotel employee claimed that a guest had had “too many drugs and alcohol” and was “trashing the entire room.” The second time, he phoned the police to convey that the guest’s life “may be in danger” and inquired if anyone was coming.

At the time of writing, the authorities are looking at three different people in their investigation for Liam Payne’s death. The suspect list includes a separate hotel worker, Payne’s friend and associate Roger Nores, as well as a drug dealer. Notably, Nores recently claimed his innocence in the case and instead inflicted blame on the Buenos Aires hotel for neglecting the “Teardrops” singer’s unstable condition prior to his death.

So far, no suspect has been arrested for their supposed part in the passing of the beloved singer and songwriter.
