Liv Morgan comments on her potential WWE return
At the Stranger Things premiere on November 6, Liv Morgan spoke with Netflix’s Tudum about her potential WWE return, among other things. Earlier this year, Morgan suffered a shoulder injury during the June 16 episode of WWE RAW on Netflix. Ever since then, she has been absent from the ring. However, recently, she shared a video of her dislocated shoulder being put back in place, in an Instagram post dedicated to her 11 year anniversary with WWE. She captioned the post, “Eleven years later and ur still the one I love… Happy anniversary @wwe.”
Morgan also addressed her return to WWE. When asked how long fans will have to wait to see her get back in the ring, Morgan replied saying, “I think that everyone’s just going to have to watch me.” During her interview at the premiere, she also mentioned which wrestler she thinks would be able to take on a Demogorgon. Morgan backed Dominik Mysterio, mentioning his acheivements including Intercontinental Champion and the AAA Mega Champion. However, in a recent match, John Cena won the Intercontinental Championship against Mysterio.
Furthermore, Morgan also mentioned which Stranger Things character she would prefer as her tag team partner. Referring to Millie Bobby Brown’s Eleven, Morgan said, “She is the most iconic. She’d be the best tag team partner because I wouldn’t have to lift a finger. She would do everything for me.”
