We’ve got the details…
Are you just as confounded as we are that Sony didn’t rush to attach a trailer for 30 Days of Night to this weekend’s box office behemoth Spider-Man 3? No worries, Shock has learned the trailer may be debuting with Columbia Pictures’ comedy Superbad on August 17th. Expect it appear on prints of Resident Evil: Extinction on September 21st, too. Insiders also tell us that a little “special” somethin’ may be in store for those attending the San Diego Comic-Con in July.
Based on the graphic novel by Steve Niles, “Night” (biting into theaters October 19th) focuses on the residents of Barrow, Alaska and the vampire menace that invades their town just as their corner of the Earth is plunged into darkness for an entire month. Hard Candy‘s David Slade directs; Josh Hartnett, Melissa George, Danny Huston, Ben Foster and Manu Bennett star.
