Fox to release DVD
20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release Glenn Standring’s Perfect Creature on DVD July 17th. Dougray Scott (Mission: Impossible II) and Saffron Burrows (Deep Blue Sea) star as a vampire and a cop who team up to stop a force that threatens to upset a peaceful harmony between bloodsuckers and humans. Standring helmed the film long ago after doing The Irrefutable Truth About Demons; it was picked up for distribution at the Cannes Film Festival in 2005. The DVD will include a 2.35:1 transfer, a making-of featurette and a “Designing the Perfect Creature” documentary.
