Willem Dafoe must have enjoyed getting his vampire jones on in the 2000 film Shadow of the Vampire because, seven years later and on the other side of a recurring stint in the “Spider-Man” trilogy, he’s tossing on the pointy teeth for Daybreakers, the Spierig brothers’ vampire flick.
