Kidman Shacks Up with Espectro

Remake of Colombian horror movie

Nicole Kidman (The others) is returning to the realm of the supernatural in a remake of the Colombian horror film Al final del espectro (pictured).

In the film she’ll play a woman who shacks up in a “fancy” apartment building following a tragedy. Once there, spookiness ensues and she begins to see a ghost.

The actress will produce through Blossom Films with Rick Schwartz and Vertigo’s Roy Lee and Doug Davison (the dynamic duo behind many a remake). Universal Pictures is distributing. Juan Felipe Orozco, director of the original picture, will return for the American translation working from a script by The Number 23‘s Fernley Phillips.

You can check out an official site and get schooled on the original flick here. There you’ll find a trailer, pics and more.
