The series, created by John Rozum, focuses on a husband and wife team who serve as paranormal investigators in Midnight, Massachusetts. In addition to dealing with sundry supernatural problems, they also contend with the ups and downs of their marriage.
Rozum will serve as an executive consultant, says Deadline.
NBC has been horror hungry as of late. Currently, the network has Hannibal, Mockingbird Lane (the Munsters reboot) and Dracula all in various stages of production/development.
