Rather recently, writer Carl Ellsworth (The Last House on the Left, Goosebumps) was hired to tackle a new Gremlins, with words jumbled between remake/reboot/reimagining and however we presently attempt to call new versions of old favorites. Now producer Chris Columbus (who penned the original Joe Dante-directed Christmas classic) has thrown another re into the mix: Reinvention.
