Another teaser for FOX’s upcoming horror-comedy anthology series Scream Queens has debuted, and yet again it’s about the demons and grue beneath the bubblegum.
The latest teaser, tweeted out by series co-creator Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story) features Emma Roberts’ sorority president and supposedly ruthless Chanel and her mirror routine. There’s more gum. Of course, it pops. Soon, it reveals our first look at the series’ killer, who takes on the appearance of the fictional Wallace University’s mascot, the Red Devil.
Scream Queens concerns a series of murders on a college campus. Murphy previously described it as a whodunit and explained, “It opens in a flashback to 1995 at the sorority where something horrible happens. Its a mystery that goes unsolved. Flash forward 20 years to today, and it looks like someone is out for revenge. Something horrible happened to a pledge and on the anniversary of that crime, someone is out for vengeance.
Roberts stars in the series alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Lea Michele and Oliver Hudson. Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas will guest star.
