The film, written by M.A. Fortin and directed by Joshua John Miller, will follow a troubled actor (Crowe), who begins to unravel while shooting a supernatural horror film. His estranged daughter (Ryan Simpkins) begins to worry that he may be slipping back into his past addictions or, even worse, that something more sinister is at play.
In addition to Worthington and Pierce, whose character details are being kept under wraps, the cast will feature Simpkins (Brigsby Bear), starring as Crowe’s daughter, and Chloey Bailey (Grown-ish) starring as Blake Holloway, an actress cast alongside Crowe in the fictional film. The film will also star Tracey Bonner (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) and Samantha Mathis (The Strain).
