DC is releasing its latest collection of animated shorts on May 3, 2022 for the launch of DC Showcase – Constantine: The House of Mystery.

The collection of shorts will see actor Matt Ryan return as he reprises his role as John Constantine, a role that he’s played both in live-action and animation for almost 10 years. The series of shorts will see Constantine waking up in the eerie House of Mystery, where he’ll have to find a way out while also avoiding the likes of Zatanna (Camilla Luddington). Luddington and Ray Chase (Jason Blood/Etrigan) will also be reprising their roles from the Justice League Dark: Apokolips War film.
“In the all-new short, John Constantine wakes up in the eerie House of Mystery with no recollection of how he got there,” reads the full synopsis for the extended-length short. “Fortunately, Zatanna and his friends are all there. Unfortunately, they have a bad habit of turning into demons and ripping him to shreds, over and over again!”

Alongside the all-new Constantine short, DC Showcase – Constantine: The House of Mystery also features three other shorts in the form of Kamandi: The Last Boy on Earth!, The Losers, and Blue Beetle. All three have appeared in past DC Universe Movies collections as special features, so they aren’t exactly new to fans who may be big fans of the world of DC’s animated features.
