CBS is bringing back the beloved sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond for a special 30th anniversary. Many of the cast members, including Ray Romano, Brad Garrett, and Patrician Heaton, will be reuniting two decades after the last episode of the show aired in 2005. The special will be broadcast on CBS and streamed on Paramount+ later this week in November before Thanksgiving, so it’s coming up fast. While the network revealed the special at the start of October, it has now provided more details on the event. Here’s what to expect from the upcoming Everybody Loves Raymond reunion and when to watch it.
Everybody Loves Raymond 30th Anniversary special set to air on CBS
The 30th anniversary special for Everybody Love Raymond is set to air at 8 PM PT/ET on Monday, November 24, on both CBS and Paramount+. The show is slated to run for an hour and a half.
Other actors who will appear during the reunion will be Sullivan Sweeten, Madylin Sweeten, and Monica Horan, who will all share a nostalgic look back at the popular sitcom. Late cast members Doris Roberts and Peter Boyle, who played Marie and Frank Barone, will receive a tribute on the program. Boyle passed away on December 12, 2006 and Roberts passed away on April 17, 2016.
Viewers can expect plenty of never-before-seen outtakes and commentary from the cast. Images of the anniversary special have the cast members sitting on the iconic floral couch in the Barone living room that has been recreated from scratch.
The first season of Everybody Loves Raymond debuted in 1996 and ran for a total of nine seasons. The series became available for streaming online on Peacock and Paramount+ in 2023.
The special is produced by Fulwell Entertainment, otherwise known as Fulwell 73, which was also behind the Friends reunion special.
Ray Romano has replaced actor Robert Townsend for the second season of Running Point.
