As the series comes to a close, The CW has announced it is developing of Arrow that will be set in the far future and focus on Oliver Queen’s daughter Mia Smoak. Katherine McNamara first appeared as the character in a flash-forward sequence in the year 2040, with the series getting a backdoor pilot in the final season of Arrow.
