Reports came in last week that Disney and Marvel Studios were already planning on having Falcon and the Winter Soldier creator Malcolm Spellman develop the fourth Captain America film in the franchise. Speaking to ComicBook.com, Spellman responded to the rumors and tried to downplay them in the process.
