The Disney+ Day onslaught contained many teasers and trailers for live-action Marvel series like Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, and She-Hulk, but it also had quite a few smaller updates for its other shows, too. I Am Groot was one of these shows, as it received a new logo that showed off Baby Groot.

However, the update didn’t contain much more than that, only saying the animated series was “coming soon” to Disney+. It’s also just mainly the same logo that came out when it was announced in 2020. Its official voice cast isn’t even public yet.

The official synopsis says that it will be a bunch of shorts that will look at Baby Groot’s “glory days growing up, and getting into trouble, among the stars.” Kirsten Lepore, known for her animation and short film work, will be directing and executive producing the series. It will also have a photorealistic animation style according to Marvel Studio’s Head of Streaming, Television and Animation Brad Winderbaum.
