Sony Television’s new Goosebumps series is one month away, and a new poster has been unveiled to mark the occasion.
It features the human cast framed in shards of glass surrounding a central image of one of the most memorable monsters from the books, Slappy the Doll who featured in the story Night of the Living Dummy.
Goosebumps Poster Gets Slappy Happy
The horror comedy series, a reimagining of the 1995 Nickelodeon show, follows a group of five high schoolers who unleash supernatural forces upon their town and must all work together to save it. They will also learn plenty about their parents’ teenage secrets as they go.
Nick Stoller and Rob Letterman created and executive produced this version, who previously helmed the 2015 Goosebumps movie starring Jack Black. The series stars Justin Long, Miles McKenna, Will Price, Ana Yi Puig, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Rachael Harris, and Rob Huebel.
Goosebumps premieres on Disney Plus and Hulu on the appropriately spooky date of Friday, October 13, 2023.
