Prime Video has revealed the release date for The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, along with first-look photos showcasing the star-studded cast of the upcoming, highly anticipated prequel series.
The prequel series is co-created by The Terminal List Season 1 creator David DiGilio and The New York Times bestselling author Jack Carr. The author is the creative mind behind the thriller novel The Terminal List, which the series of the same name is based on.
Per the official synopsis, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, described as an “origin story,” follows Ben Edwards throughout his journey from the Navy SEALs to the clandestine side of CIA Special Operations. The series is an espionage thriller that explores the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.”
When is the release date for The Terminal List: Dark Wolf?
Prime Video announced that Dark Wolf is set to debut with its first three episodes on Wednesday, August 27. New episodes will be released weekly all the way through Wednesday, September 24.
The forthcoming action-drama series will arrive almost three years after The Terminal List Season 1 debuted on the platform in 2022. The show was renewed for a Season 2 in 2023.

Taylor Kitsch reprises his Ben Edwards role in The Terminal List, with Chris Pratt also returning as James Reece. Dark Wolf also stars Tom Hopper as Raife Haistings, Robert Wisdom as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon as Eliza Perash, Shiraz Tzarfati as Tal Varon, and Jared Shaw as Ernest ‘Boozer’ Vickers, among others.
The series is executive produced by Kitsch alongside Pratt, DiGilio, Carr, Antoine Fuqua, Kat Samick, and others. It is produced by Amazon MGM Studios.
