Apple TV has unveiled the release date for Shrinking Season 3. The hit series, which debuted on the streamer in 2023, will return with 11 episodes. Rounding out the Season 3 cast are Jason Segel as Jimmy Laird, Harrison Ford as Dr. Paul Rhoades, Jessica Williams as Gaby, Michael Urie as Brian, Lukita Maxwell as Alice Laird, Christa Miller as Liz, Luke Tennie as Sean, and Ted McGinley as Derek.
When is the release date for Shrinking Season 3?
The third season of Shrinking will premiere on Apple TV with a one-hour episode on January 28, 2026. New episodes will follow every Wednesday through April 9, 2026. Shrinking follows grieving therapist Jimmy, who, after the death of his wife, sets his professional ethics aside in exchange for a more brutally honest and unfiltered version of himself, affecting the lives of his patients and those around him — including himself. The comedy drama is created by Segel, Bill Lawrence (Bad Monkey), and Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso).
In addition to the main cast, some guest stars will also return for Season 3. This includes Goldstein as Louis Winston, Damon Wayans Jr. (Happy Endings) as Derrick #2, Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me!) as Dr. Julie Baram, and Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother) as Sofi. New additions include Jeff Daniels (A Man in Full) and Michael J. Fox (Back to the Future franchise).
