With less than two weeks left to go before the new Rugrats series makes its debut on May 27, Paramount+ has released two new shorts for the streamer’s upcoming CG-animated revival of the classic ’90s Nickelodeon cartoon. The animated shorts center around Tommy Pickles, with the first one titled “Tommy’s Ball,” recreating a scene from the original series’ first season where Angelica picks on Tommy by kicking his ball over the fence. Meanwhile, the second one titled “Night Howl,” features Tommy and his dog Spike as they go check out the full moon.

All Rugrats shorts will be available for streaming on Paramount+ and the streamer’s YouTube channel, starting on May 28, a day after the upcoming revival makes its debut.

The original Rugrats was created by Arlene Klasky, Gabor Csupo, and Paul Germain. It debuted 30 years ago in 1991 and was in production for nine seasons. Due to its popularity, it spawned off a film trilogy as well as a sequel series titled All Grown Up!, which featured the toddlers in their teens.
