Netflix has released the official trailer for their forthcoming action-thriller series titled Hit & Run, which hails from the producers of the acclaimed crime drama The Killing. Starring Lior Raz and Sanaa Lathan, the series is scheduled to make its debut on Friday, August 6. The Hit & Run trailer, which you can check out in the player below, highlights a man’s search for justice as he investigates the truth behind his beloved wife’s suspicious hit and run accident.

In this new international action thriller, the life of a happily married man is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit and run accident in Tel Aviv. Grief-stricken and confused, he searches for his wife’s killers. With the help of an ex-lover, he uncovers disturbing truths about his beloved wife and the secrets she kept from him.
Hit & Run will be led by Lior Raz (6 Underground) as Segev Azulai, a former Special Forces soldier who has retired for a quieter life but is forced to confront his violent past when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit-and-run accident. Joining Raz is Sanaa Lathan (The Affair) as Naomi Hicks, Kaelen Ohm (Queen of Spades) as Danielle Wexler, Moran Rosenblatt (Fauda) as Tali Shapira, Gregg Henry (Scandal) as Martin Wexler, and more.
