Following yesterday’s highly-talked about fourth episode premiere, Marvel Studios has officially debuted the teaser for Disney+’s Hawkeye‘s upcoming fifth and penultimate episode, which is directed by Bert & Bertie. The limited series is scheduled to make its return next Wednesday, December 15.
The Hawkeye Episode 5 teaser, which you can check out below, teases the aftermath following the long-awaited arrival of Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, a character she first portrayed in this year’s Black Widow. It highlights Clint Barton’s messy holidays as he gets targeted by a lot of enemies including Echo, the Tracksuit Mafia, and Yelena, who all want him dead.

In Hawkeye, Jeremy Renner reprises his iconic role as Clint Barton, with the story introducing his fan-favorite protégé Kate Bishop, portrayed by Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld.
“The series is set in a post-blip New York City, where former Avenger Clint Barton aka Hawkeye has a seemingly simple mission: get back to his family for Christmas,” reads the official synopsis. “But when a threat from his past shows up, Hawkeye reluctantly teams up with Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old skilled archer and his biggest fan, to unravel a criminal conspiracy.”
Joining them are MCU newcomers including Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Alaqua Cox, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, and Brian d’Arcy James.

Hawkeye is led by head writer Jonathan Igla, with Amber Finlayson & Katie Ellwood, aka Bert and Bertie, and Rhys Thomas serving as directors.
