HBO Max has debuted a new batch of Peacemaker character teasers for James Gunn’s newest DC project, which serves as spin-off series to last year’s The Suicide Squad film. It is slated to premiere this Thursday, January 13, with the first three episodes which are all written and directed by Gunn.
The teasers, which you can check out below along with a new featurette, have turned the spotlight to the characters of Danielle Brooks’ Adebayo, Steve Agee’s John Economos, and Freddie Stroma’s Vigilante. The videos highlight each character’s role within Project Butterfly. As for the featurette, it shows the titular anti-hero and Harcourt recapping Peacemaker’s story from The Suicide Squad up to the upcoming series.
