Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming third and final season of the hit supernatural fantasy Locke & Key. The series is scheduled to make its return on August 10.
The Locke & Key teaser trailer, which you can check out below, highlights the Locke family’s difficult and dangerous journey in reclaiming all of the keys from their enemies including Dodge and Gideon.

Locke & Key is Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez’s comic book series of the same name. It currently stars Connor Jessup as Tyler Locke, Emilia Jones as Kinsey Locke, Jackson Robert Scott as Bode Locke, Darby Stanchfield as Nina Locke, and Aaron Ashmore as Duncan Locke. Joining them are Laysla De Oliveira as Dodge, Griffin Gluck as Gabe/Dodge, Petrice Jones as Scot, and Hallea Jones as Eden.
“In the coming-of-age supernatural series, after their father is murdered under mysterious circumstances, the three Locke siblings and their mother move into their ancestral home, Keyhouse, which they discover is full of magical keys that may be connected to their father’s death,” reads the synopsis. “As the Locke children explore the different keys and their unique powers, a mysterious demon awakens — and will stop at nothing to steal them.”

Locke & Key is created and executive produced by Carlton Cuse (Lost, Bates Motel) and Meredith Averill (The Haunting of Hill House), who are also serving as showrunners. Executive producers Lindsey Springer, David Alpert, Rick Jacobs, Ted Adams and David Ozer along with Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti.
