What to expect in Everything Now?

“When Mia Polanco (a 17-year-old London girl with more wits than is good for her) is released from hospital after a lengthy battle with anorexia, she is thrust back into the fizzingly chaotic world of sixth form,” reads the synopsis. “Only to find that her friends have been spending her recovery time acquiring knowledge and experiences she herself has never known. Suddenly confronted with the realization that her childhood is racing by without her, Mia decides the only way to catch up is to make a bucket list.”

Everything Now hails from Left Bank Pictures, the studio behind the acclaimed British drama The Crown. Joining Wilde are Lauryn Ajufo, Harry Cadby, Noah Thomas, Vivienne Acheampong, Alex Hassell, Sam Reuben, Niamh McCormack, Kiran Krishnakumar, and Stephen Fry.

The series is executive produced by writer Ripley Parker, Andy Harries, Sian McWilliams, and Rob Bullock, with Huberta Von Liel producing. Besides the upcoming teen series, Wilde is also currently attached to appear in another Netflix series in the form of Boy Swallows Universe.
