Salvation on CBS: Watch the First 15 Minutes of the Asteroid Thriller

CBS (via EW) has released the first 15 minutes of their upcoming asteroid thriller series, Salvation, which you can watch in full in the player below!

Salvation is a suspense thriller that centers on Liam Cole, an MIT grad student, and Darius Tanz, a tech superstar, who bring Pentagon official Grace Barrows a staggering discovery – that an asteroid is just six months away from colliding with Earth.

The series stars Santiago Cabrera (Transformers: The Last Knight, Big Little Lies) as Darius Tanz, Jennifer Finnigan (Monday Mornings, Better with You) as Grace Barrows, and Charlie Rowe (Red Band Society, The Secrets) as Liam Cole. Plus Jacqueline Byers, Rachel Drance, Shazi Raja and Ian Anthony Dale. Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro, who wrote the script (based on the story by Matt Wheeler), are executive producers along with Alex Kurtzman, Heather Kadin, Peter Lenkov and Stuart Gillard for CBS Television Studios in association with Secret Hideout. Academy Award nominated director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (Esposados) will direct and serve as executive producer on the first episode.

Salvation premieres Wednesday, July 12 at 9 PM on the CBS Television Network. The series first season is set to run for 13 episodes.
