The Exorcist Season 2 casts Zuleikha Robinson as a series regular
Zuleikha Robinson (Still Star-Crossed, Hidalgo) has been cast as a series regular in The Exorcist Season 2, according to Deadline. She’ll play “Mouse, a mysterious figure waging her own private war against the Catholic patriarchy. Mysterious and pragmatic, Mouse takes her duty seriously, but in the end, she’s loyal to only herself.”

The cast is changing for the sophomore season of the FOX drama based on the 1973 horror film of the same name. Cast members Alfonso Herrera (The Chosen, Sense8), Kurt Egyiawan (Skyfall, Beats of No Nation) and Ben Daniels (Flesh and Bone, House of Cards) are the only regulars to return to the show and The Exorcist Season 2 will have a new exorcism case. John Cho (Star Trek, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle) recently joined the cast as well. Brianna Hildebrand (Deadpool) will play one of the foster children named Verity.
The Exorcist premiered in September of 2016 and also starred Geena Davis (Thelma & Louise, Beetlejuice), Hannah Kasulka (The Fosters), Alan Ruck (Spin City, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off) and Brianne Howey (Scream Queens). Zuleikha Robinson is known for her work in The Following, Still Star-Crossed, Hidalgo, The Merchant of Venice and Lost.
The Exorcist Season 2 premieres Friday, September 29 on FOX.
