My Hero Academia chapter 421 begun with the students of Class 1-A arriving at the battle scenes. Among them were Mina Ashido, Eiijiro Kirishima, Koji Koda, Mezo Shoji, Tsuyu Asui, Momo Yaoyorozu, Kyouka Jiro, Denki Kaminari, and Minoru Mineta. Yuga Aoyama was also present but silently stared down the villain.

Sero believed that depressing things shouldn’t exist while reminiscing about someone going through a hard time. All For One encountered Endeavor and Shoto Todoroki, who attacked together by launching the Flashfire Fists on him. The father-son duo was motivated by their family to fight, which explains why they were present on the battlefield.

Sero helped Endeavor and Shoto evade by pulling them. Pro Heros arrived at the situation along with Present Mic. This was the ultimate mission that awaited them, and everyone charged at All For One. The villains shrugged off their attempts and said they felt nothing in front of many wounded heroes.

He added that all these heroes were useless without All Might. However, the unaware villain then met Thirteen, who used her Black Hole Quirk. Gang Orca attacked him from the other side, but the villain didn’t break a sweat and moved them away using his Quirk.

The Pro Heroes decided to stick together and fight against All For One as an entire unit. Deku was determined to join them, but his body wasn’t cooperating. Moreover, his body was in a damaged state, and Aizawa explained that the fatigue he accumulated over time led to him losing his limbs.

Deku told Aizawa that he threw away One For All and explained the entire situation regarding All Might and All For One. Aizawa then helped Deku with medication and bandaged him. Meanwhile, Aoyama arrived at the location and explained to Deku that he needed their power as much as they needed his. On the other side, Eri, Kota, and other citizens inside the shelter were seen cheering for the protagonist.

Even Gran Torino supported Deku, calling out his name from the hospital bed while watching the fight. The chapter ended with a glimpse of Deku finally getting back on his feet and running as everyone told him to. This move might culminate in a grand attack on All For One, and the next chapter might start with revealing their actual plan.
