Viz Media and Marvel Comics are partnering together to bring popular Marvel Comics to the Viz Manga subscription service and are offering up a special promotion to celebrate.
Viz Manga subscribers can now access issues from popular titles including Deadpool: Samurai, Wolverine: Snikt!, Spider-Man: Fake Red, and Marvel’s Secret Reverse. Beginning in the fall of 2024, Spider-Man: Octo-Girl will also become available, as will the manga adaptation of X-Men: The Manga: Remastered.
In celebration, Viz Manga and Marvel Unlimited are offering up a special co-promotion for readers on both apps by giving an exclusive, limited-time one-month gift subscriptions to each other’s service for free. This limited-time offer will last from today all the way through May 16, 2024, and will allow Marvel Unlimited readers to check out the offerings on Viz Manga and vice versa.
New and old comics coming to Viz Manga as part of new crossover
The full list of the comics coming to the collaboration between Viz Manga and Marvel Unlimited include:
- Deadpool: Samurai: Deadpool lands in Tokyo with a bang! What could possibly go wrong when Iron Man invites Deadpool to join the Avengers’ new Samurai Squad? After all, Deadpool is just in it for the money…and the trip to Japan. This is fine, right?
- Wolverine: Snikt!: From renowned mangaka Tsutomu Nihei. WOLVERINE is the lone hope of the last remaining humans in a ruined dimension as they fight to survive against robotic organisms. - Spider-Man: Fake Red: Yu’s new high school is kind of awful. He’s failing his classes and striking out socially.
