A new Terminator: Survivors trailer is out from NACON, showing off more of the first open-world survival game set in the Terminator franchise.
The newest video dives deeper into the development of the upcoming game, specifically what the survival aspect of the game. In the video, CEO and Creative Director of NACON Studio Milan Marco Ponte describes how the team wanted to emulate the feel of survival and action from the first two Terminator movies.
With that in mind, players can choose how to interact with Terminators, including simply running away from them should they not feel ready to fight. The game itself is set after the events of 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day, which itself takes place in 2029, when the war between Skynet and the human resistance is already fully under way.
